We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main square and train station. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.

The owner, Cloudio, and his mother were kind and accommodating. The apartment's internet speed was impressive, with a download speed of over 100mbps. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant right next to the apartment. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay in Bologna.

The apartment was mind-blowing! It was super well located, just a short walk from the railway station and centrally located. The host's communication was excellent and they were quick to respond to our questions. We were greeted with a chilled bottle of delicious sparkling wine, which was jaw-dropping! The accommodation was modern and comfortable with spacious rooms that had everything we needed. Although we didn't use the terrace, it was a nice addition. The surrounding trattorias were excellent, and the local attractions were easily reachable. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing local knowledge and arranging taxis. The facilities were ideal for a young family or couple, and even the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and free from lumps or springs. The rooms and bathroom were clean and spacious, and we felt "at home" with the lovely decoration and comfortable beds. The small, quiet terrace inside the building was a nice touch. it was a superb stay in a beautiful, spacious, and clean property located just a short walk from the main square. The owner was flexible and helpful, making our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again if we return.
